The name, Balscote is simply the name of our village here in North Oxfordshire, UK. five miles north of Banbury and ten miles south of Stratford upon Avon.

Brian has a Fine Art degree and a PGCE postgraduate teaching certificate and a postgraduate MA in Digital Arts, Brian has been lecturing and exhibiting for over 30 years, being involved with a wide range of Art, Design and Film projects, You can view Brian's personal work at www.brianclarke.info
